Urpron Terms and Conditions — Complete Guide for Members

Urpron is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and select other countries. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between urpron and its members.

By using urpron's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using our platform.

Urpron reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register with urpron, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in your country.
• You are registering with your own accurate information.
• Each person may open only one account.
• Keeping your account information confidential is your responsibility.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If a single person creates multiple accounts, urpron reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is also considered a prohibited activity.

Update Account Information

If any information provided at registration changes, notify urpron immediately. urpron will not be held responsible for payment issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

Urpron is a responsible gaming platform. Protecting minors is our top priority. At any point after registration, urpron may request one of the following documents to verify your identity:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth registration certificate (for proof of age 18+)

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. All submitted documents must be genuine and up to date. Submitting false or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure.

Wagering Requirement

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw. Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirement is fully met.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member is entitled to a welcome bonus only once
• Bonus validity is generally 7 days — this may vary for specific offers
• To cash out a bonus, the required conditions must be met within the specified timeframe
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise in the offer
• Urpron reserves the right to void any bonus if fraud is suspected

The following rules must be followed when betting on urpron. urpron reserves the right to void bets or suspend accounts for any violation.

• The maximum bet limit per event is set individually for each market
• For live bets placed after an event has started, markets may close at any time
• In Sports Betting, stakes will be refunded for drawn or cancelled matches
• Betting based on match fixing or unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Urpron may cancel bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited

Each casino game is subject to its own rules. If a technical issue occurs after a game has started, the outcome will be confirmed using server logs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on urpron. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Gaming using bots or automated software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain
• Using another person's account or selling your account
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Registering under a false identity
• Bonus abuse or claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts
• Arbitrage betting that causes loss to the platform

If suspicious activity is detected, urpron reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during investigation. Members are required to cooperate throughout the process.

Urpron may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Order of a court or regulatory authority

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before doing so. Contact our support team to proceed with account closure.

Inactive Accounts

If no transactions are made for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.

Urpron will not be liable for the following:

• Disruption to gaming experience due to loss of internet connection
• Losses caused by issues with your device or software
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account password

Urpron reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a platform notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by international gaming laws and the regulations of urpron's licensing authority. Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion.

The Bangla version of these Terms is considered the primary version. However, the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
